If you lost your verification code
When the 16-bit key is backed up
Re-link with Google Authenticator with the 16 bit key that was backed up when initially setting up 2 step verification.
When the 16-bit key is not backed up
If the 16-bit key has never been backed up, or if the authentication code is lost due to deleting the 2-step verification application, please contact customer support.
If you have gone through identity verification, customer support will verify your identity and prove it with various documents provided by you.
If you have not gone through identity verification, you will not be able to log in to your account.
